Acutaas Chemicals has received approval for capital expenditure plan for a total outlay of upto Rs 212 crore for establishment of greenfield/brownfield manufacturing plant in the state of Gujarat, for new electronic grade chemicals, to be undertaken either by the company or through any of its subsidiary company.
The project targets a production capacity of up to 81,000 metric tonnes per annum for new electronic grade chemicals. The proposed capacity is to be added by the end of FY 2027-28. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on August 22, 2026, inter alia, has considered & approved the same.
