Pursuant to Regulation 30, 51 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), R Systems International has informed that Piyush Jain has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, along with all other positions/ designations held by him in the Company. Jain has tendered his resignation vide letter dated July 15, 2026 and shall be relieved from his duties with effect from the closing hours on August 24, 2026. The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the aforesaid position and shall duly inform the Stock Exchanges upon appointment. The details required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI master circular No. HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 (as updated from time to time) (‘SEBI Master Circular’), along with the resignation letter, are enclosed as Annexure A.
