Gabion Technologies India has informed that the Company has received multiple Purchase Orders during the period from August 09, 2026 to August 22, 2026, aggregating to approximately ?5.24 Crores (inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties) for Domestic supply of Gabion Boxes, DT Mesh, Strong-Mat and Slope Protection Works in the ordinary course of business, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the respective Contracts/Letters of Award (LOAs). Further, the detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure-A.
