Sigma Advanced Systems has secured a further long-term contract with Rolls-Royce through its recently acquired UK subsidiary, Bromford Precision Solutions based in Leicester, demonstrating the immediate strategic value of the acquisition and expanding the Group's long-term relationship with one of the world's leading aerospace OEMs. Valued at nearly 125 million pound (around Rs 1,600 crore), the agreement builds directly on the recently secured around 300 million pound (around Rs 3,800 crore) Rolls-Royce long-term agreement, broadening the Group's product offering, manufacturing capability and content across critical aerospace programmes. Together, the agreements significantly strengthen Sigma's position within Rolls-Royce's UK supply chain while increasing long-term revenue visibility.

Sudarshan Chemical Industries’ step-down wholly-owned subsidiary -- Sudarshan Switzerland SLO AG has signed a definitive Asset Sale and Transfer Agreement with Clariant Additives (Switzerland) AG to acquire its aluminium dyes and chemicals manufacturing plant in Muttenz, Switzerland. For years, the Muttenz plant has manufactured Sudarshan Chemical Group's Aluminium Dyes portfolio, including the Sanodal, Sanodure, Sanodye, and Anodal brands. The agreement converts that supply relationship into direct ownership.

Kothari Industrial Corporation has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) worth Rs 2.54 crore from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Stores/Shell, Chennai, for providing comprehensive material handling services at Shell Depot, ICF, Chennai. The contract shall commence within 1 day of issue of the Contract/LOA and shall be completed within 365 days. The period of contract is one year from the start of the contract, subject to the terms and conditions of the LOA.
