Sigma Advanced Systems has secured a further long-term contract with Rolls-Royce through its recently acquired UK subsidiary, Bromford Precision Solutions based in Leicester, demonstrating the immediate strategic value of the acquisition and expanding the Group's long-term relationship with one of the world's leading aerospace OEMs.

Valued at nearly 125 million Great British Pound (GBP) (around Rs 1,600 crore), the agreement builds directly on the recently secured around 300 million Great British Pound (around Rs 3,800 crore) Rolls-Royce long-term agreement, broadening the Group's product offering, manufacturing capability and content across critical aerospace programmes. Together, the agreements significantly strengthen the company’s position within Rolls-Royce's UK supply chain while increasing long-term revenue visibility.

The Bromford acquisition adds highly complementary manufacturing capabilities in aero engine rings and casings, and advanced precision manufacturing, enabling the company to supply a broader portfolio of complex engine components. Under the agreement, Bromford will manufacture aeroengine rings, casings, lock plates and other critical engine structures at the company’s India and UK manufacturing facilities, creating a more comprehensive dual-source solution as directed by Rolls-Royce.

This agreement highlights the strategic rationale behind the company’s acquisition of Bromford. By adding complementary products, specialist manufacturing expertise and long-standing OEM approvals, Bromford immediately expands the company’s addressable opportunity with existing customers while accelerating the Group's progression towards higher-value, programme-level aerospace partnerships. Crucially, the agreement also secures Bromford's long-term future within the Group, as a key UK manufacturing site, safeguarding skilled engineering and manufacturing jobs and reinforcing the resilience of the UK's critical aerospace manufacturing base.

Sigma Advanced Systems is a globally integrated aerospace and defence company with decades of manufacturing experience.
