Moongipa Capital Finance has informed that as per the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide its circular no. 09/2024 dated September 19, 2024 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD-PoD2/CIR/2024/133 dated October 3, 2024, and 22nd September, 2025 had provided, inter alia, the conduct of Annual General Meetings (“AGMs”) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”) facility until further orders without the physical presence of the members at a common venue. Accordingly, Thirty Nineth (39th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Moongipa Capital Finance Limited (“the Company”) will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 01:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OVAM) in compliance with aforesaid Circulars. In terms of the said circulars, the Company has given public notice by way of advertisement in newspapers informing about 39th AGM of the Company and other details as per said MCA circular. In terms of the provisions of Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the copies of newspaper publications published in newspaper, ‘Jansatta’ (Hindi) & ‘Financial Express’ (English) dated August 25, 2026.
