Senores Pharmaceuticals has received approval for incorporation of a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in Mexico. The WOS is proposed to be incorporated with the primary objective to undertake the business of supply and distribution of pharmaceutical product in Mexican market and to support the company’s business and strategic objectives in the Mexican and other international markets.
In addition, the company has received approval for incorporation of a subsidiary company in Canada. The proposed subsidiary is to be incorporated with the primary objective to undertake the business of supply and distribution of pharmaceutical product in Canadian market. The investment in the proposed entity shall either be directly or through its WOS as per the Canadian applicable law.
The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on August 26, 2026, has approved the same.
