Titagarh Rail Systems has signed a non-binding Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) with Siemens, to jointly evaluate and explore international metro rolling stock opportunities, on a case-to-case basis. This arrangement is expected to further strengthen the company's commitment to promote local manufacturing in India.
