Prudential Corporation Holdings is all set to pare up to 2% stake in ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) on August 27, 2026. Prudential Corporation Holdings, one of the promoters of the company, will sell up to 9,885,169 equity shares of the company.
Upon completion of the sale, the aggregate shareholding of the promoters and promoter group in the company would be reduced from 87.60% to 85.60%. The stake sale is aimed at achieving minimum public shareholding requirement.
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company manages the investment portfolios of the ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (the Fund) and provides various administrative services to the Fund and ICICI Prudential Trust.
