The US-based global investment firm General Atlantic, through its affiliate General Atlantic Singapore RR, has pared stake in Rubicon Research through open market transactions worth around Rs 2,299.61 crore.
General Atlantic Singapore RR has sold around 1,38,53,073 equity shares, representing 8.4% of total shareholding, of the company. The shares were offloaded at an average price of Rs 1,660 apiece, in ten tranches. Post these transactions, the General Atlantic Singapore RR's holding in the company has decreased to 27.45% from 35.83%.
Meanwhile, HDFC Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund, Axis Mutual Fund, TIMF Holdings, PI Opportunities AIF V LLP, Aranda Investments and VEMF-A, LP, have bought an equal number of shares at the same price.
