Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and with reference to waiver application filed by the Company vide its letter no. MWL/CS/SE/2026-27/91 dated July 10, 2026 with BSE in connection with BSE Notice bearing Reference No. SOPReview-30/06/2026 dated June 30, 2026 levying a fine of Rs 1,30,000 plus GST for 26 days towards alleged non-compliance of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. In this regard, Mangalam Worldwide has informed that the Company’s waiver application and representation for waiver of fine was placed before the Relevant authority of BSE and the same has been considered and approved by BSE on 26th August, 2026. Accordingly, the Company is not required to pay any fine towards above mentioned alleged non-compliance. The Company remains committed to comply with all applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations and other applicable laws and regulations.
