In terms of Regulation 30, 34 and 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, Innovators Facade Systems has submitted a copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, including Notice of the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company, scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 22nd day of September, 2026 at 11:30 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC/ OAVM). Further noted that the Notice of the 27th AGM along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 will be sent to the eligible shareholders of the Company only through electronic mode, on their email IDs registered with the Depositories/ Depository Participants/ Company/ Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA). The same will also be disseminated on the websites of the Company and the Stock Exchange i.e. the BSE.
