Orient Cement has informed that pursuant to the order dated July 20, 2026 of the Hon’ble Tribunal, the Notice of the Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company to be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 10:30 am IST (10:30 hours) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), to consider, and if thought fit, approve the arrangement embodied in the Scheme has been published in the Indian Express (All editions) in the English language and translation thereof in Gujarati language in Financial Express (Ahmedabad edition) today i.e. Thursday, August 27, 2026.
