Tejas Networks has received a Letter of Intent on August 27, 2026, from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for supply of RAN equipment, accessories & installation materials for BSNL 4G mobile network for 18,685 sites, valued at Rs 1537 crore.
Tata Steel has acquired 162,03,70,371 equity shares of face value $0.0864 each aggregating to $140 million (Rs 1,340.16 crore) in T Steel Holdings (TSHP), a wholly owned foreign subsidiary of the Company. Post this acquisition, TSHP will continue to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Krystal Integrated Services has received a work order from Shree Shyam Mandir Committee, Khatu Shyamji (Sikar, Rajasthan) for providing Sanitation and Waste Management Services covering an area of 200 to 250 meters around the Shree Khatu Shyamji temple premises, for a period of 12 months. The order is valued at around Rs 6.60 crore excluding all applicable taxes.
ACME Solar Holdings, through its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. ACME Suryodaya, has commissioned 15 MW/240.752 MWh capacity of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project located at Village: Sanwara and Mehar Nagar, TehsilPokhran, Dist: Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, on August 27, 2026. The Commercial operation date (COD) for the same shall be August 29, 2026. With this, ACME Suryodaya has achieved a commissioned capacity of 300 MW / 1354.224 MWh.

The order is for renewal of Cloud Data Center Hosting for Hardware and Software for Oracle EBS, e-Office, BITS, Cotbiz & Kapas Kisan Applications. The size of order as per work order is Rs 38.59 crore (Excluding Tax).
Dr. Lal PathLabs’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Dr. Lal Ventures has completed the subscription of 30% stake in Neuome Technologies (Neuome) on August 27, 2026 as per the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Pursuant to completion of said subscription, Neuome has now become associate of the company.
Viviana Power Tech has secured a new turnkey contract amounting to Rs 9.74 crore (inclusive of taxes) from M/s Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation (GETCO). The scope of work includes laying, erection, testing and commissioning of 66kV 1C, 300sqmm & 1C, 630sqmm XLPE Cable for Poly AL and Al.corrugated cable for various lines for Package-2 for Rajkot Zone. The order is to be executed within 24 months from the date of LoA.
