Indoco Remedies has executed the Deed of Conveyance for sale of its plot of land admeasuring around 2,876.08 square meters built-up area situated at Mahal Industrial Estate, Village Mulgaon, Taluka Andheri, District Mumbai Suburban. This sale of plot of land would not have any impact on the business operations of the company. The total consideration agreed for sale of land is Rs 64 crore.

Indoco Remedies is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of formulations (finished dosage forms) and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in India.
