With reference to its earlier intimation dated August 26, 2026. ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has informed that Prudential Corporation Holdings, one of the promoters of the Company, has informed the Company that it has sold 9,885,169 Equity Shares (representing 2.00% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company) on August 27, 2026, through open market sale, in accordance with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 issued on July 11, 2023 (last updated on January 30, 2026) to comply with the minimum public shareholding requirements applicable to the Company. Pursuant to the abovementioned sale of Equity Shares, the shareholding of the promoters and members of the promoter group in the Company has reduced from 87.60% of the paid-up equity share capital of the Company to 85.60% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
