The proposed entity will be primarily engaged in the trading of electronic and IT equipment, including desktops, laptops and related equipment, along with trading of metal. The company has proposed to invest up to Rs 25 lakh in one or more tranches in the proposed subsidiary and will hold 70% stake in the subsidiary.
Kanishk Aluminium India is engaged in manufacturing of Aluminium Profiles and other articles through Extrusion process.
