Home First Finance Company India is currently trading at Rs. 1202.60, up by 2.35 points or 0.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 1200.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1208.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1208.90 and Rs. 1188.50 respectively. So far 3117 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1314.95 on 15-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 893.95 on 23-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1,208.90 and Rs. 1174.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12563.34 crore.

Home First Finance Company India has raised Rs 150 crore through allotment of senior, secured, rated, listed, taxable, redeemable, transferable non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The company has allotted 15,000 NCDs, having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, to be redeemed after a period of 59 months and 25 days from the Date of Allotment i.e until August 22, 2031 to Kotak Mahindra Bank. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 7.55% per annum.

Home First Finance Company India’s main business is financing by way of loans towards affordable housing segment in India and is primarily engaged in the business of lending of housing loans, loans for the purpose of purchasing a commercial property and loan against property.
