Genesys International Corporation has informed that it enclosed and clarified as under: the Company has been and continues to be in compliance with the disclosure requirements prescribed under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), and has been making timely disclosures to the Stock Exchanges of all events and information which are required to be disclosed thereunder. As on the date of this clarification, there is no undisclosed material event, information or impending announcement in the knowledge of the Company which is required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and which, in the opinion of the Company, may have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour of the Company’s securities. The Company has taken note of a news article published in the online edition of Gujarat Samachar on August 24, 2026, reporting that Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has awarded a contract to the company stated to be valued at approximately ?240 crore for undertaking a comprehensive 3D GIS survey/mapping project for the city of Ahmedabad. In this connection, the Company wishes to clarify that as on the date and time of this clarification, the Company is yet to receive a formal communication from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation confirming the award of the aforesaid contract to the Company. Accordingly, no disclosure regarding award/receipt of the aforesaid contract has been made by the Company under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, since no formal award/order or other definitive communication confirming such award has been received by the Company as on date.
