FIIs were net sellers of Rs 475.55 crore in index futures and options segments on August 28

According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 475.55 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Friday’s data, August 28, 2026.

FIIs were net sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 774.13 crore and net buyers of index options worth Rs 298.58 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 148.46 crore and they bought stock options worth Rs 100.96 crore.
