The 61st Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, the 28th August 2026 through Audio/Video Conference at 11.30 am, wherein the resolutions as per notice dated 30th July 2026 have been declared and passed with requisite majority on e-voting (remote e-voting) provided by the company from Tuesday, the 25th August, 2026 (9.00 AM) to Thursday, the 27th August 2026 (5.00 PM) and 15 minutes after AGM upto 12.31 pm on 28th August 2026. The Consolidated Result as per the Scrutinizer’s report dated 29th August 2026 is enclosed. Based on the Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer all the resolutions have been duly approved by the shareholders with requisite majority.
