Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has informed that the Company has entered into a technology association with the Mahesh Babu Foundation, Hyderabad, a not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, for the deployment of the Company's BluHealth platform in support of the Foundation's community healthcare and wellness initiatives. As the first initiative under this association, the Company and the Foundation have on 31 August 2026 launched ‘GMB Life’, a preventive screening and wellness application powered by the Company's BluHealth platform, on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The parties further intend, as a subsequent phase, to establish BluHealth-enabled healthcare kiosks at selected locations, the details of which will be intimated as and when finalised. The details required under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular are set out in Annexure A.
