In continuation to its earlier disclosure dated August 25, 2026 wherein the company informed that the Board of Directors of the Company had approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary company in India, Varun Beverages has informed that ‘KIVA Spirits and Company’ a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has been incorporated. (the above information was received today at 9:02 A.M. IST).
