In continuation to letter dated August 17, 2026, Prostarm Info Systems has submitted the Corrigendum to the Notice of 19th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) scheduled to be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 03:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means. A Corrigendum has been issued to inform the Shareholders of the Company the changes in the Item No. 6 of the AGM Notice. Same is enclosed. The Corrigendum shall be read in conjunction with the AGM Notice dated August 12, 2026, together with Explanatory Statement.
