E2E Networks has entered a binding term sheet with a Sovereign AI company based in India for the NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and allied services. The arrangement carries an aggregate contract value of around Rs 1,000 crore (exclusive of taxes) and continues through June 2029. This engagement provides greater revenue visibility over a multi-year horizon and reinforces the company's strategy of building a high-quality, long-term customer base.
