The launch of Exafone represents an extension of the company’s existing technology capabilities and is intended to be offered as a further solution/service to customers. The platform is being taken to the market as part of the company’s business and marketing initiatives. Exafone is a technology platform developed by the company as an additional solution/service within its existing technology, software and services business.
