Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at 2,18,70,676.71 crore on August 31 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 14,27,19,964.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 11,112.23 crore, Stock Futures Rs 72,896.01 crore and Index Options Rs 2,14,02,574.60 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 3,84,093.87 crore.
