Pursuant to Regulations 30 & 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Panchmahal Steel has informed that it attached the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 along with the Notice of 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, the 25th day of September, 2026 at 11.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the business as set out in the Notice of AGM dated August 3, 2026. In compliance with circulars issued by the SEBI and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM are being sent to the shareholders through electronic mode and are also available on the website of the Company at www.panchmahalsteel.co.in. Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company is also dispatching a letter to shareholders whose email IDs are not registered, providing exact path to access the Annual Report.
