E2E Networks has informed that it attached copies of newspaper advertisement published today in all editions of Financial Express (English National Daily Newspaper) and Jansatta- Hindi National Daily Newspaper- Delhi (Hindi Edition) on Tuesday, September 01, 2026, for pre-dispatch/prior intimation to the shareholders of the Company that the Notice of the 17th Annual General Meeting along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 will be sent through electronic mode only, to the Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrars and Transfer Agent ('RTA') /Depositories as on Friday, August 28, 2026. Accordingly, the Shareholders who have not registered their e-mail address are requested to follow the process as mentioned in the newspaper clipping and register their email addresses with the Company/RTA/Depositories.
