Scan Steels has informed that it enclosed the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26 along with the Notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 10:30 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’). The AGM will be held without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue. Further, pursuant to the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA’) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’), the Notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 is being sent electronically to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company or their respective Depository Participants. The Notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025- 26 is also available on the Company’s website at www.scansteels.com.
