Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Solex Energy has informed that the company has secured work orders from domestic entities for the supply of Solar PV Modules. The work orders are for the supply of Solar PV Modules aggregating to a total order value of ?74.77 Crore, inclusive of applicable taxes. Further, the details as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read along with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure-A.
