The Company has not withheld any material information or events (including impending announcement) which in our opinion have a bearing on the price or volume behaviour of the securities of the Company. In the event there is any information, event etc. that requires disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company will make the same in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
