Permanent Magnets informs about resignation of CFO

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (SEBI Listing Regulations), read with the applicable provisions of Schedule III therein, Permanent Magnets has informed that Sukhmal Jain, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer of Permanent Magnets. The resignation of Sukhmal Jain shall be effective from the close of business hours on September 30, 2026, and accordingly, September 30, 2026 shall be his last working day with the Company. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution and services rendered by Sukhmal Jain during his tenure as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A. The Company is in the process of appointing a suitable person as the Chief Financial Officer. The requisite disclosure in respect of the appointment of the Chief Financial Officer shall be made to the Stock Exchange separately upon such appointment, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The resignation letter received from Sukhmal Jain is enclosed for information and records.
