Letters received from National Securities Depository Limited dated September 1, 2026 and Central Depository Services (India) Limited dated September 2, 2026 are enclosed. It is hereby intimated that the shifting of RTA connectivity of the company to the new Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent is completed. The address and contact details of its new Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent is enclosed. Further, in terms of Regulation 7(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a tripartite agreement between the company, GNSA Infotech (old RTA) and KFin Technologies (new RTA) is under process and the same will be intimated in due course.
