Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers has informed that the 110th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 25th September, 2026 at 10:30 hrs through VC/ OAVM to transact the businesses as set out in the AGM notice dated 29th July 2026. The deemed venue shall be the Registered office and corporate office of the Company at GRSE Bhavan, 61 Garden reach road, Kolkata. In terms of Reg 42 of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015, the Register of Members and Share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from 19th Sept 2026 to 25th Sept 2026 for the purpose of 110th AGM of the Company and payment of Final Dividend. The final dividend for FY 25-26 if approved at the 110th AGM will be payable within 30 days from the date of declaration to those members whose names appear on the company’s Register of Members/ Beneficial owners as at the closure of business hours on 18th Sept 2026 (Record Date).
