Nazara Technologies has acquired 75,972 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Funky Monkeys Play Centre (Funky Monkeys), a subsidiary of the Company, representing 4.10% of its equity share capital, through secondary acquisition from Ms. Binita Putcha, one of the Founders of Funky Monkeys.
The aggregate consideration paid for the acquisition was Rs 1.90 crore. Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, the company’s shareholding in Funky Monkeys has increased from 64.00% to 68.10% of its equity share capital.
