Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Relicab Cable Manufacturing has informed that 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in conformity with the regulatory provisions and the Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. A copy of the notice of the 17th AGM is enclosed. Further, as per Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is providing facility to the Members to cast their votes by electronic means on all the resolutions set forth in the Notice of the 17th AGM.
