Dhruv Consultancy Services has received the Letter of Award (LoA) from National Highway Logistics Management (NHLML), the Authority and has been appointed for development, operation, and maintenance of wayside amenities on different sections of National Highway on Lease Basis in Maharashtra (Site-N 361/Ch. 43+250 to Ch. 43+450/AUSA Distt./Latur/Maharashtra)
The aforesaid award will strengthen the company's performance/order book into the New Business vertical in the infrastructure segment, covering development, operation and maintenance of Wayside Amenities on Different Sections of National Highways on lease basis, thereby expanding and diversifying its existing business portfolio.
The annual lease rent of Rs 12.96 lakh is payable to NHLML. The duration of the lease is 15 years from the date of agreement which includes 8 months of rent-free development period.
