Sharp India has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company i.e. Smaart Tech Services (Formerly known Sharp India) will remain closed from Saturday, 26th September 2026 to Monday, 28th September, 2026 for the purpose of 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company which is to be convened on Tuesday, 29th September 2026 at 12:00 Noon (IST) through video conference (VC)/ Other Audio Visual mechanism (OAVM). Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules 2014, and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 as the cut-off Date to record the entitlement of the members of the Company to cast their votes electronically through remote e- Voting facility for the business to be transacted at the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company. The remote e-voting period commences on Saturday, 26th September, 2026 at 09:00 am and ends on Monday, 28th September 2026 at 05:00 pm.
