Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is providing remote e-voting facility to its members. The Cut-off date for the purpose of determining members for remote e-voting facility is Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026. The remote e-voting period shall commence from Sunday 27.09.2026 (9:00 AM IST) and ends on Tuesday 29.09.2026 (5:00 PM IST). Further, in pursuance to the requirement of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will remain closed from Thursday, September 24th, 2026 to Wednesday, September 30th, 2026.
