As required under Regulation 30 and Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Integrated Hitech has submitted the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26 along with the Notice convening the 33rd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 29th September 2026, Tuesday on 3:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’) in accordance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’). In compliance with above mentioned circulars, the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26 along with the Notice convening the 33rd Annual General Meeting has been sent in electronic mode to Members whose email IDs are registered with the Company or the Depository Participant(s). In compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time, Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations and Secretarial Standard-2 on General Meetings issued by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, the Company is providing the facility to Members to exercise their right to vote by electronic means on Resolutions proposed to be passed at AGM. The Company has engaged CDSL for providing facility for voting through remote e-Voting, for participation in the AGM through VC/OAVM and e-Voting during the AGM. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 23rd September 2026 to Tuesday, 29th September 2026.
