Apex Capital And Finance has informed that the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of the Company will be held on Monday, the 28th day of September, 2026 at 4.00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Further as required under Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, September 19, 2026 to Monday, September 28, 2026 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further it enclosed a copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 including the Notice being sent to the Shareholders for the above said ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Notice and Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will also be available on the Company’s website at www.apexfinancials.in. Further the Notice of the aforesaid meeting shall be published in ‘Financial Express’ (English) and ‘Jansatta’ (Hindi) newspapers.
