Pursuant to Regulation 30, Schedule III, Part A, Para A (7) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Carborundum Universal has informed that Sriram Seshadri has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company effective 7th September 2026. Sriram Seshadri will also be a whole-time Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 The aforesaid appointment has been considered and recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as well as the Audit Committee before being approved by the Board. The requisite details with respect to Sriram Seshadri’s appointment under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (7) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026 are provided in Annexure to this letter.
