LGT Global Hospitality has received approval for acquisition of majority stake in LGT Group. The acquisition will supplement the company’s growth and would also be integration of business to serve clients better. The transaction is valued at not exceeding Rs 5 lakh in cash. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on September 6, 2026 has approved the same.
