Jindal Stainless has entered into a Technical Assistance Agreement with JFE Steel Corporation, Japan, one of the world's leading steelmakers, to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities for selected ferritic stainless steel grades. The collaboration will focus on enhancing product quality, manufacturing practices, and process efficiency through technical assistance. The Agreement will reinforce the company’s commitment to leveraging global expertise, fostering innovation, and building world-class manufacturing capabilities to support the future growth of stainless steel.
Ferritic stainless steel grades are widely used in automotive components, railway coaches, kitchen equipment, industrial machinery, construction, and several other value-added applications, making them an important growth segment for the future. Under the Technical Assistance Agreement, JFE Steel will support the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen product quality and manufacturing practices for the grades specified in the Agreement.
