Cyient has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% stake (on fully diluted basis) in Tao Digital Solutions Inc., a company incorporated in the USA. Earlier, the company had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire entire stake in Tao Digital Solutions Inc. for an enterprise value of $218 million.
