Pfizer has informed that the outcome of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held today, September 7, 2026, that commenced at 10.33 a.m. and concluded at 11.03 am as under: Pfizer will discontinue the marketing, distribution and sale of Minipress XL with effect from September 7, 2026. This is consequent to a decision by Pfizer Inc. USA. to discontinue the manufacture of Minipress XL. In connection with the above, the Company will receive a lump sum payment of USD 13.9 Million (~Rs. 131.38 Crore) from Pfizer Inc. USA.
