KP Green Engineering has informed that the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26, along with the Notice convening the 25th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and other Statutory Reports. The 25th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (“VC/OAVM”), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Annual Report, including the Notice of the AGM, is being sent to the Members electronically and is also available on the website of the Company at www.kpgreenengineering.com. Further, we would like to inform you that the Company has fixed Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining the Members holding shares either in physical or dematerialised form who shall be entitled to cast their votes electronically on the businesses proposed to be transacted at the AGM and to attend the AGM.
