CG Power surges on rolling out first power transformer from new greenfield facility in Madhya Pradesh

CG Power and Industrial Solutions is currently trading at Rs. 906.70, up by 12.75 points or 1.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 893.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 901.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 912.00 and Rs. 894.25 respectively. So far 244406 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 981.15 on 02-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 525.50 on 27-Jan-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 912.00 and Rs. 869.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 141538.43 crore.

CG Power and Industrial Solutions has rollout the first power transformer from its new greenfield facility at Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. Spread over 50 acres, this facility is India’s largest single-location power transformer manufacturing facility built for 220 kV to 1200 kV class power transformers with a capacity to rollout 35 power transformers every month.

The facility strengthens the company’s ability to serve critical sectors such as utilities, data centres, railways, renewable energy, oil and gas, and transmission infrastructure projects, globally. It will also support the company's growing export business.
