Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Kothari Industrial Corporation has informed that it enclosed the Notice of the 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26. In compliance with the applicable Circulars issued by MCA and SEBI, the Notice of the 56th AGM along with the Annual Report for the FY 2025-26 is being sent only through electronic mode to those members whose email IDs are registered with the Company / Depositories. In addition, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, company is sending a letter to the Members whose email addresses are not registered, stating the web-link where the Annual Report is uploaded on website. Further, notice of the 56th AGM and the Annual Report for the FY 2025-26 are also made available on the website of the Company at www.kotharis.in.
